02 — Discuss the possibilities
An inquiry opens a review of the shape, intended use and details that need clarification. Concept images do not establish manufacturing feasibility, stock or grading. Proposed dimensions, material and any setting work must be discussed individually.
03 — Understand the quotation
A personal quotation sets out the actual proposal and amounts in CAD. Ask what is included and which details are confirmed. There is no online checkout, and sending an inquiry does not create an order or collect payment.
04 — Refine the details
