Are the collection images photographs?
The initial collection uses labeled concept visualizations. Final appearance, dimensions and feasibility are discussed for each inquiry. Verified photographs can be added when actual diamonds are available.
Can I request a different shape?
Yes. Share a letter, number, symbol or other idea through the custom diamond form. Feasibility must be assessed; a request is not a manufacturing guarantee.
Do I need an account?
No. All inquiries are guest-friendly. Keep your reference number for email correspondence; it does not provide public access to your private information.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the design and the specific diamond. Include your preferred date so it can be discussed. No fulfillment timeline is promised before confirmation.
Does accepting a quote place an order?
No payment is collected here. Any order, payment arrangements and final terms are agreed separately with the business.
